Get to know Me
Hey! This is Sam!
By day, I’m a special education teacher; by night, I’m a mom; and in between, I’m behind the camera capturing memories. Photography has been my passion for as long as I can remember! I was always maxing out film cameras and dragging my mom to CVS to print pictures, filling the largest memory cards on my digital cameras, and now, my iPhone is packed with over 50,000 photos!
In high school, I took every photography-based art class I could and received my first “big girl” camera, a Canon Rebel T3. Since then, I’ve upgraded my gear, honed my craft, and I continue to find joy in creating images families will treasure. Take a look at my portfolio to see some of the moments I’ve captured!
Why I do this
Photography is more than just a job for me—it’s a passion. I love every part of the process, from capturing meaningful moments to working closely with families, to carefully editing and delivering images you’ll treasure for a lifetime. My goal is to create photos that bring joy and preserve memories that truly matter!
How I work
I create a relaxed and enjoyable photography experience for every family. As a parent myself, I understand that sessions with little ones can be unpredictable, so I focus on making the process fun and stress-free. My goal is to capture natural moments that you’ll love and cherish for years to come!
